Business Systems Integration Project Manager

DPV Health is the merged entity of Dianella Health and Plenty Valley Community Health who will be merging in March 2018.  DPV Health is currently seeking a Business Systems Integration Project Manager to lead and manage business and process integration projects required across DPV Health from agreed systems.

The Role:

Reporting to the CEO, this is a hands on role to apply project and change management techniques whilst being responsible for end to end project deliverables.  With an understanding that the DPV Health systems have been agreed, this role would then review what is the most efficient and productive change to current processes, procedures and business rules to ensure the new system is successful.


The incumbent will:

  • Liaise, engage and influence all stakeholders in order to understand the project requirements and expectations ensuring deliverables and timelines are met
  • Manage the end to end project plan including coordination, analysis, improvements, reporting and risk mitigation
  • Manage resources and the coordination of such, including financial, project staff and external expertise

To be successful for this position, you must have:

  • Bachelor degree in business or similar field
  • Minimum five years’ experience in business analysis, business process design, gap analysis, impact analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in business improvement analysis and advice, solution development and change management
  • Extensive problem solving skills including a proven ability to analyse issues and develop practical recommendations for process improvements
  • Proven track record of quality process improvement
  • Demonstrated experience in successful project management and managing project teams
  • Experience in the use of tools and methodologies to identify waste and inefficiencies and develop action plans for improvement
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, particularly for the development of concise reports and the provision of advice to senior staff
  • Demonstrated record of applying best practice and client centered approach
  • Current Victorian drivers license
  • Valid Working with Children’s Check (valid for 5 years from the date of issue)
  • Satisfactory Police Check (valid for 3 years from the date of issue)
